Lillee Jean Trueman is a multi-award-winning actress, filmmaker, writer, and director from New York City. 


Lillee Jean is best known for her award-winning celebrity talk show Lillee Jean TALKS! Live, featuring beloved Hollywood stars such as Donny Most, and her award-winning sci-fi comedy film, 'The Trapper Trap - The Rise of Princess Glamourite', written by herself.


Recently, Lillee won four Best Actress nominations for her performance in the rom-com 'The Chorus in Our Eyes'. She has won dozens of awards for her creative indie films and has screened abroad. Some awards include Best Actress, Best Podcast, Best Costume Design, Best Comedy Short, and Best Trailer.


Lillee Jean's current television work includes HBO's (HeyDey Productions LLC.) "The Gilded Age" S3, as well as being a recurring guest-star role (March-May, 2024) on 'The FNL Network Talkshow' (finalist of the Taste Awards Festival Awards), where she was awarded a Special Achievement Honoree award for the Entertainment and Lifestyle News category.


She is a trained actress with studies predominantly at the notable T. Schreiber Studio in New York City. Lillee extensively studied the Meisner Technique with Nicolas Kane Landry, and various British dialects with Page Clements.


Raised in New York City, she is Ashkenazi Jewish and Lutheran, and her ethnicity spans Russia, Ukraine, France, England, and Germany.

Lillee Jean possesses striking blue and green eyes with central heterochromia, highlighting her naturally quirky and witty personality.


Her acting style incorporates various techniques, including the Meisner Technique and Method acting, resulting in captivating performances.


Her signature expressive eyes, and looks like Lindsay Lohan's, complement her comedic style akin to Kate McKinnon, and her dramatic skills are comparable to those of Jennifer Lawrence and Margot Robbie.


Trueman's timeless beauty and exceptional acting talents make her well-suited for period pieces set in the Victorian era, the early 1900s, and the 1910s through the 1970s, as well as pieces from ancient medieval times.

Training Hard!

Lillee Jean has trained at the New York City T. Schreiber Studio for Meisner Technique and Dialects (British RP). Training under Page Clements and Nick Landry, she was able to develop more of her acting style, and grow as an actress!


She also trained at the Liz Caplan Vocal Studios to develop her operatic ability and pinpoint her style.  In addition to singing operatic soprano and speaking conversational French, she also strongly understands dance. She has trained in ballet, jazz, and modern dance due to her numerous school productions, including adaptations of The Nutcracker and The Wizard of Oz.


She has been diligently training with skilled well-known actor Edgardo Rubio (known for (1995), Freedom Flight (2005), and My Lucky Day (1998), and talented Hollywood actor Michel Corbiere (known for Shut Up and Do It! (2007), A Show of Force (1990), and Cristina Bazán (1978).

Lillee Jean's sci-fi comedy indie film, 'The Trapper Trap - The Rise of Princess Glamourite', has received critical acclaim and won numerous awards for her creative flair, including Best Actress nominations at the Elegant International Film Festival and Cine Vista Oasis Film Festival, Best Costume Design at the Gothamite Monthly Film Awards, and Best Trailer at the Critics' Choice International Film Festival and CinePlay International Film Festival.

From Paris to Athens, Lillee Jean’s indie rom-com film, The Chorus in Our Eyes, has garnered her several Best Actress nominations and wins at the Clown International Film Festival, Athens International Monthly Art Film Festival, Global Visionaries IFF, and Spring Time International Film Festival.

The up-and-coming star has a keen sense of hosting talent, and has debuted several epic celebrity episodes in the last few weeks on her talk show Lillee Jean TALKS! Live, which is in Season 4. The talent lineup includes Donny Most, Neil D'Monte, Chick Allan, John Callas, and more!

The Trapper Trap Indie Film

"The Trapper Trap: The Rise of Princess Glamourite," written by Trueman, has been a success at indie film festivals!


The film is a comedic thriller and drama intertwined with a love story. It follows a space alien from Planet Glamour who dreams of dating Sad Ponniee, the king of romantic Reguetón.


The Trapper Trap is produced by Lillee Jean (The Gilded Age, The Trapper Trap, FNL Network Talk Show, The Chorus in Our Eyes, Lillee Jean TAKS! Trueman is incredibly talented, having started her first stop-motion blog as a child, which evolved into brand work involving makeup during her teenage years, eventually amassing over 1.5 million followers across various platforms. The rising star boasts hosting and photography skills (with an award for her Spring Cherries set), singing talents, and a background in dance stemming from her childhood passions. Lillee Jean Career Beginning:

Lillee Jean's love for acting and film started early when she made stop-motion films featuring her American Girl dolls. She not only wrote detailed character sketches and storylines at 10 years old, but also directed, voiced, and produced these films.


While in school, she participated in several performances, including notable productions like the Nutcracker and a Wizard of Oz-themed show. By the age of 16, while auditioning for roles, she elevated her skills in writing, acting, and directing, and published 'Women's Makeup Throughout History (2017)', which delves into the history of women's makeup. This was followed by an educational short film on plastic straws titled 'No to Plastic Straws (2018)'.
