Official Public Engagement Protocol Terms Guidelines

This document constitutes the official Public Engagement Protocol for Lillee Jean Trueman (hereinafter "the Proprietor"). This is a formal administrative charter governing conduct across all official digital channels, as well as pre-arranged professional appearances and sanctioned industry events. These platforms and spaces serve as official extensions of the Proprietor’s professional filmography and cinematic productions. They are dedicated environments for the dissemination of official communiqués and work product. Engagement within these spaces is a professional privilege, not a right, and is strictly contingent upon the maintenance of courtesy, kindness, and institutional respect.

Mandatory Guidelines for Digital Engagement:

By engaging with our media channels, you agree to follow these guidelines:

Comments must not:

1. Constitute spam or unsolicited commercial content (advertisements, promotions, or solicitations for services, goods, or campaigns etc.).

2. Must not be defamatory towards any persons; is deliberately deceptive or misleading, or is otherwise obscene, malicious, offensive, threatening, abusive, hateful, or inflammatory in its nature or intent.

3. Must not promote sexually explicit material that advocates for violence or illegal acts. This explicitly prohibits the promotion of Artificial Intelligence (A.I.) usage in any explicit manner.  The unauthorized synthesis, manipulation, or reproduction of the Proprietor's voice, likeness, or image via Artificial Intelligence (A.I.), including the creation of 'deepfakes' or synthetic media for explicit, deceptive, or non-consensual purposes, is strictly prohibited and will be treated as a criminal and tortious infringement of the Right of Publicity.

4. Must not promote or encourage impersonation attempts of any individual, including the Proprietor or any associated persons.

5. Must not promote or conduct discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age of any persons.

6. Must not promote or conduct the baiting, harassment, or deliberate provocation of other commenters, or any action intended to disrupt the peace and order of the community discussion sections.

7. Attempts to vandalize or misuse official hashtag usage of the Proprietor (such as #LilleeJean), or employs coded language, veiled references, or euphemisms (e.g., 'Billie Jean,' etc.) intended to bypass moderation or disseminate malicious content.

8. Constitutes mass repetition or volume-based abuse, specifically including the en masse submission of identical or disruptive characters, symbols, or emojis (e.g., repetitive 'vomit' 'skull' emojis) designed to overload comment sections or impede legitimate communication.

9. Infringes upon the Proprietor’s right of publicity, name, or likeness. All users are prohibited from utilizing the Proprietor’s identity, image, or personal details for any commercial gain, endorsement, or non-compliant purpose that is damaging to the Proprietor's reputation or intellectual property rights, without explicit prior written consent.

10. ​Involves the creation or use of multiple, secondary, or "alternate" accounts for the purpose of circumventing a prior block, evading sanctions, or otherwise violating the spirit or letter of these established guidelines. The Proprietor reserves the right to immediately block any such detected accounts.

11. Constitutes an infringement of intellectual property rights by the unauthorized capture, reproduction, or exploitation of the Proprietor’s visual and textual content. Content published on official channels, including but not limited to Instagram and YouTube, is not licensed for direct reuse, as all rights are expressly reserved. The use of screen grabs, screenshots, recordings, or any other method of digital exploitation of photographs, which feature the Proprietor (Lillee Jean Trueman, 'LJ', 'Lillee Jean'), is strictly prohibited. The Proprietor asserts her rights against unauthorized content theft under all applicable international intellectual property treaties, including the Berne Convention, and reserves the right to pursue action against malicious and non-compliant usage across all jurisdictions.

12. ​Constitutes unauthorized archival and reproduction of the Proprietor's content via third-party services. The use of services such as the Internet Archive (Wayback Machine) to create and maintain copies of the Proprietor’s channels or content is strictly prohibited, as this action directly infringes upon the Proprietor's exclusive Right of Reproduction under copyright law (e.g., U.S. Copyright Act, Title 17) and further violates the Proprietor's Right of Publicity by making the Proprietor’s likeness and copyrighted works available for long-term, uncompensated, and potentially injurious retrieval, which shall be pursued as a matter of law.

Privacy & Boundaries Clause

The Proprietor’s professional status does not waive her fundamental right to privacy in non-public or private settings. To maintain the safety and professional integrity of the Proprietor, the following protocols are strictly enforced:

• Non-Consensual Captures: The use of long-range lenses (telephoto), hidden recording devices, or any form of surveillance to capture the Proprietor in private or semi-private spaces is a violation of her privacy rights and will be contested as a matter of law.

• Physical Solicitations: The Proprietor is under no obligation to provide digital or physical signatures, photographic "selfies," or any form of personalized media outside of pre-arranged professional appearances or sanctioned industry events.

• Forced Interaction: Any attempt to compel the Proprietor into photography, or to impede her movement for the purpose of capturing her likeness without explicit prior consent, constitutes a breach of this Protocol and may be reported to the appropriate security or law enforcement authorities.

• Security & Counter-Surveillance: The Proprietor reserves the right to employ security personnel and digital monitoring to document any individuals engaging in unauthorized surveillance or predatory behavior (e.g., stalking, long-lens photography). Such documentation will be used as primary evidence in legal or law enforcement proceedings to protect the Proprietor’s physical and professional safety.

• Protection of Proprietary Work Product: All scripts, treatments, directorial "sides," and production concepts associated with the Proprietor's current and future filmography are protected trade secrets. Any unauthorized dissemination, reproduction, or public discussion of proprietary production materialsm, whether in development, production, or post-production, is strictly prohibited and will be pursued as a matter of tortious interference and economic loss.

Enforcement and Legal Recourse

We reserve the right to determine, at our discretion, whether contributions to our social media channels breach our guidelines. We reserve the right to hide or delete comments made on our channels, as well as block users who do not follow these guidelines. We reserve the right to defend ourselves and reply if seen as just. We also reserve the right to send any comments we deem appropriate to law enforcement authorities for investigation as we feel necessary or is required by law. We reserve the right to use the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) if our privacy is breached on social platforms.

In summary, the Proprietor and official communications office officers of the Proprietor, retain the following rights and remedies without limitation:

• The right to conceal, delete, or permanently remove any comment or contribution made on our channels that violates this protocol.

  The right to restrict, prohibit, or permanently block the access of any user who fails to comply with the terms of this protocol.

  Any contribution deemed to potentially constitute an actionable offense or breach of law may be submitted immediately to the relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities for full investigation, as deemed necessary by the Proprietor or as required by law.

• Furthermore, notwithstanding any statutory or common law immunities afforded to interactive computer service providers within any applicable jurisdiction (including, for illustrative purposes, provisions akin to 47 U.S.C. § 230 of the United States Code), such immunity shall not be construed to extend to or shield the individual user/contributor from direct liability for their own unlawful, defamatory, or malicious, injurious content. The coordinated pursuit of prohibited conduct across multiple digital platforms (inter-jurisdictional malicious activity) to sustain harassment, defamation, or other tortious interference with the Proprietor's business or personal affairs shall constitute an egregious and complete breach of this Protocol, against which the Proprietor explicitly reserves the right to pursue all available civil litigation, injunctive, and remedial actions under applicable international, federal, and common law principles, including the full recovery of damages in competent jurisdictions worldwide.

• The Proprietor explicitly reserves the right to pursue all available remedies, including the enforcement of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), and to seek monetary damages for all harm, loss, or expense incurred as a direct or indirect result of a user's breach of these terms.

Non-Waiver of Rights: Any instance where the Proprietor chooses to engage in public interaction, signatures, or photography is a discretionary act of professional courtesy and does not constitute a waiver of the rights established in this Protocol, nor does it create a precedent for future solicitations.
