II. TRADEMARK & SERVICE MARK SENIORITY (EST. 2015)

Notice is hereby given that Lillee Jean™, Lillee Jean Trueman™, Queen Lillee™, and Lillee Jean Productions℠ are proprietary marks of The Proprietor. The mark "Queen Lillee" has been utilized continuously and uninterrupted in global commerce and the entertainment industry since 2015. The mark "Lillee Jean" has been in professional use since 2015. The Proprietor asserts all Common Law Trademark Rights and Seniority of Use from these inception dates. Any unauthorized use of these marks, or confusingly similar variations (including "Trade Dress" and persona-identity), constitutes trademark infringement, unfair competition, and malicious intent.

III. ABSOLUTE OWNERSHIP & ZERO-TOLERANCE POLICY

Copyright and ownership of any and all images, films, motion pictures, video, audio, and digital assets are permanently and irrevocably retained by Lillee Jean Trueman.

• Prohibited Manipulation: Site users are strictly forbidden by law from copying, reproducing, printing, transmitting, recoloring, stretching, or otherwise manipulating any asset without express, prior written mandate from The Proprietor.

• Derivative Works: The use of any asset as the basis for a secondary photographic concept, illustration, or digital reproduction (including "artist-rendered" or "AI-generated" content) is a direct violation of federal law.

• AI & Machine Learning: No implied license is granted for the utilization of The Proprietor's assets, voice, or likeness for AI training, large language models, or digital persona synthesis.

C. Scope of Protection This federal protection encompasses all motion pictures, talk shows, series, video/audio assets, and original photography authored by Lillee Jean Trueman.

D. Trademark, Service Mark, and Trade Dress Declaration:

The Proprietor asserts all exclusive proprietary rights and Seniority of Use (est. 2015) to the marks QUEEN LILLEE™, Lillee Jean™, and Lillee Jean Productions℠, including the unique heart-integrated logotypes, which serve as distinctive source-identifiers for the brand. Beyond wordmarks, The Proprietor claims comprehensive Trade Dress protection over the "Lillee Jean Persona"—a unique, non-functional visual identity characterized by specific juxtaposition of circular logo designs, proprietary color palettes, and signature transparent watermarking. These elements are inherently distinctive and exist solely to identify Lillee Jean Trueman as the original source of the works; accordingly, any unauthorized "look-alike" branding, confusingly similar recreations, or "passing off" of these protected visual assets constitutes a direct violation of the Lanham Act and common law unfair competition principles. The mark Lillee Jean™ has been utilized in professional development since 2014, with established, continuous public editorial presence dating from the official 2015 launch of the Proprietor’s primary platforms.

All assets, including historical archives and current productions, are copyrighted © 2010–2026 Lillee Jean Trueman.

• Seniority & Evolution of Identity: The Proprietor’s body of work includes assets created under the early professional aliases "Lilz Trueman", and "thaeyeballqueen" (active approx. 2010–2013).

• Brand Transition: In 2014, the brand officially transitioned to the primary marks Lillee Jean™ and Queen Lillee™.

• Unbroken Ownership: All intellectual property created under former pseudonyms was authored exclusively by Lillee Jean Trueman. All rights, titles, and interests from the 2010 inception date to the present have been retained solely by The Proprietor. There has been no lapse in usage or ownership during this brand evolution; therefore, Seniority of Use and Common Law protections remain continuous and unbroken from 2010 to the present.

V. Zero Tolerance Usage Policy

No rights of usage, reproduction, or distribution are implied or granted without the express, prior written authorization of The Proprietor.

Prohibited Usage

Any unauthorized reproduction, printing, transmission, manipulation, or derivation of the protected works is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Using any image, photograph, or film frame as the basis for illustration, photographic concept, or digital reproduction;

• Recoloring, stretching, editing, or repurposing any registered logo or wordmark;

• Uploading or disseminating assets across any platform without a valid licensing agreement.
