This Site is operated and governed by LILLEE JEAN TRUEMAN (referred to hereinafter as "the Proprietor" or "LILLEE JEAN"). For the definitive scope of this Privacy Protocol, the Proprietor shall be defined to include all affiliated corporate entities that own, are owned by, or are under common control with LILLEE JEAN, acting in their capacity to manage and administer the Site.

Joint Activities: With third-party partners who conduct joint marketing, product, or services activities with LILLEE JEAN, including the sharing of information LILLEE JEAN collects outside the joint activities, where such disclosure is permitted by applicable law and where you have not formally opted out as subsequently described in the "YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES" section.

  5. Anonymized Data for Advertising: With advertisers, advertising networks, and social networks, aggregated, anonymized, or pseudonymized data (de-linked from personally identifiable information) is utilized solely to select and serve relevant advertisements to you and others. The Proprietor may use aggregate information to assist advertisers in targeting their desired audience.

  6. Function-Specific Vendors: LILLEE JEAN engages with selected third-party companies that provide a broad range of online solutions.   12. IP Theft and Legal Pursuit: With legal counsel, regulatory bodies, and law enforcement agencies, when the Proprietor determines, in its sole discretion, that the user is reasonably suspected of, or demonstrably involved in, unauthorized intellectual property (IP) theft, copyright infringement, unauthorized archival, or any action constituting a tortious interference with the Proprietor’s business or personal affairs, as is necessary for the initiation and pursuit of legal remedies.

STORAGE, TRANSFER, AND SECURITY OF DATA

All personal information provided by you to the Proprietor may be subject to processing, storage, transfer, or access by affiliated entities and authorized third parties located across the globe, as fully described within this Protocol. By formally submitting your information and utilizing the Site, you explicitly and irrevocably consent to this cross-jurisdictional transfer, storage, and processing of your data, provided such actions remain strictly consistent with all applicable international and domestic law. This right is explicitly subject to the overriding necessity for the Proprietor to retain certain technical and identifying data, including IP addresses, for compliance with legal obligations, the resolution of disputes, and the mandatory execution of the Proprietor's Reservation of Enforcement Data against suspected criminal activity, unauthorized access, or breaches of this Protocol.

  3. Subscription Management: If you elect to subscribe to any newsletter(s) provided by the Proprietor, your name and electronic mail address will be utilized exclusively for the dispatch of said newsletter. You reserve the right to cease receiving the newsletter or any marketing emails by adhering to the prescribed unsubscribe instructions contained within these electronic mail communications or by accessing the email preferences on your designated account settings page.

Under California law, specific disclosures are required and California residents have additional rights regarding their personal information. 

Your California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA) Privacy Rights

Residents of California may have the following rights:

  1. Right to know and access your personal information. Under CCPA, you have the right to:

    • Know the categories of personal information we collect and the categories of sources from which we got the information;

  3.  Right to opt-out of sales.  We may share your personal information with third parties in ways that may constitute a “sale” under CCPA. You may request that we not “sell” your personal information on a going-forward basis. To do so, please complete the Do Not Sell My Personal Information form available at https://www.lilleejean.com/opt-out (or email LEGAL@LilleeJeanTrueman.com with the subject "CALIFORNIA OPT-OUT: Www.lilleejean.com" with valid contact information of a naturally identifiable citizen) and include your name, email address. If you reengage with us after opting out of the “sale” of your personal information, such as by ordering a new subscription, buying a product, signing up for a newsletter, and/or entering a sweepstakes or contest you acknowledge that your personal information may be used and shared in accordance with this Privacy Notice, including in ways that may constitute a “sale” under CCPA.  

  4. Right to be free from discrimination. You may exercise any of the above rights without fear of being discriminated against. We are permitted to provide a different price or rate to you if the difference is directly related to the value provided to you by your data.

Lillee Jean Trueman does not knowingly sell or share the personal data of individuals younger than 16.

    • The right to confirm whether we process personal data about you;

    • The right to correct inaccurate personal data;

    • The right to know the categories and specific pieces of personal data we collect, use, disclose, and sell about you; the categories of sources from which we collected personal data about you; our purposes for collecting or selling personal data about you; the categories of personal data about you that we have sold or disclosed for a business purpose; and the categories of third parties with which we have shared personal data;

This section of the Privacy Protocol constitutes a supplementary and mandatory declaration of the rights afforded to data subjects who access or utilize the Site from a country that is a Member State of the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom.

  3. The Right to Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing: The explicit right to formally opt-out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for purposes including, but not limited to, cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted marketing.

 

PROPRIETOR'S RESERVATION OF ENFORCEMENT DATA

 

Notwithstanding any user request for deletion, erasure, or opt-out, the Proprietor, LILLEE JEAN TRUEMAN, expressly reserves the absolute and final right to collect, retain, process, and disclose all forensic, technical, and identifying data, including but not limited to IP addresses, network identifiers, and associated User Information, when such data is deemed necessary, in the Proprietor’s sole discretion, for the following purposes:

  • To enforce the Terms & Conditions and this Privacy Protocol.

  • To verify the identity of individuals engaged in unauthorized access, IP theft, criminal behavior, or block evasion (including repeated IP or router manipulation).

  • To protect the Proprietor’s legal rights, property, and safety, including the full pursuit of litigation, injunctive relief, and recovery of damages.

  • To comply with mandatory legal obligations, subpoenas, or lawful requests by public authorities.

Any access to the Site after a block or ban explicitly constitutes the user’s consent for the Proprietor to collect and disclose their identity for legal prosecution.
