Lillee Jean Trueman, professionally known as Lillee Jean, is a multi-award-winning New York and Los Angeles-based director, actor, writer, and producer. A trained powerhouse, Trueman’s career is anchored by her studies at the notable T. Schreiber Studio in New York City. Under the tutelage of Nicolas Kane Landry, she learned the Meisner Technique while further refining her range through British RP dialect studies with Page Clements. Since her industry debut in 2015, Trueman has established a formidable body of work as an auteur, characterized by a high-fidelity directorial style. She is the producer and director of the acclaimed celebrity late-night talk show Lillee Jean TALKS! Live, which has featured exclusive industry dialogues with Hollywood icons such as Don Most, John Callas, and Charlie "Chick" Allan.
As a filmmaker, Trueman is widely recognized for her 2024 forensic documentary Project: Bullyish, which earned Best Documentary Feature honors at the KIIFF Film Festival in California.
