In response to recent non-consensual media distribution and commercial exploitation, Lillee Jean Productions confirms that formal legal action, law enforcement updates, and federal regulatory notices have been executed against corporate entities, and associated participating third parties. While primary entities operate through public registries, certain secondary corporate entities tie directly to personal residential addresses. Demonstrating high corporate governance, safety standards, and strict privacy ethics, Lillee Jean Productions refuses to publish private residential details or engage in online exposure, keeping all discovery materials and personally identifiable information (PII) strictly safeguarded within formal judicial and regulatory proceedings.
The production company is actively pursuing formal claims regarding federal copyright infringement, unfair trade practices, the illicit exploitation of sealed judicial records, harvested personal signatures, and the unauthorized commercialization of registered likeness and proprietary works. Allegations of fair use are unequivocally rejected where copyrighted assets and private records are deployed alongside commercial call-to-action sponsorships, monetization streams, and persistent digital tracking. Furthermore, documented attempts to breach server infrastructure and circumvent IP blocks remain part of an active, months-long investigation with the New York City Police Department (NYPD) regarding persistent digital harassment and physical endangerment.
Lillee Jean Productions, alongside legal counsel and federal regulatory authorities, is aggressively seeking full corporate accountability, injunctive relief, and statutory damages for actual economic, privacy, and physical security harms caused by these persistent bad-faith actions. All communications with all parties are had strictly on a legal basis. Any further updates that are pertinent will be provided to the public through the official lilleejean.com domain, due to bad-faith actors running false narratives.
No DMCA was issued this September, 2026. A proper cease and desist was issued instead, as this is ongoing aggravated harassment, willful theft, data breach, and commercialization since January 2026.

Official Lillee Jean Statement To Fans
As a follow-up to my press releases from January 10, 2026, and March 2, 2026: I am going to make this very clear. Leaking sealed judicial records, publishing PII, and attempting security breaches on my domain despite a block, as of today, isn't commentary. It is active criminal harassment. You do not get to exploit private family matters, target my family, or place commercial calls-to-action like today on my likeness for views.
I am not a TV show, and I am not a revenue stream for bad-faith actors. When someone is genuinely dealing with unlawful interference, they do not weaponize gossip online. They file official reports and open formal investigations with law enforcement. That is precisely what I have done, with all forensic evidence submitted directly to the NYPD, FTC, and FBI as of today. I have a right to privacy, a right to my likeness, and a right to my federally registered works. Most importantly, I have a right to heal and focus on my craft without being forced to relive trauma for someone else's revenue on repeat. Like today. Disgraceful. There is corporate accountability to be had, since the media was produced by a corporation, and I will continue to pursue all appropriate legal actions. This chapter of my life is closed. I'm a 25-year-old woman, and it's enough with the false 2017 story.
Silence is not acceptance, and commentary is not a license for unauthorized commercial exploitation. As of today, September 4, 2026, at 8:00 PM EST formal electronic service of a legal Cease & Desist demand was executed against Wily Knight Productions and public associated corporate parties (some not publicly referenced here since during discovery I felt it was best to keep PII my priority, and to keep people safe - the party in reference published 3 infringing works) regarding the non-consensual commercialization of my face, registered federal copyrights, PII from sealed judicial records being exploited, and causing real-world harm for third-party profit. Formal notices have also been issued directly to participating brand sponsors regarding contributory federal infringement and unfair trade practices with appropriate federal documentation served. When digital actions cross into physical endangerment and corporate profit streams, the response is not online debate. It is immediate, structured legal action. Unlike bad actors who intentionally weaponize private personal information and sealed records for views, my legal team and I prioritize safety, ethics, and due process. Specific secondary parties and corporate entities involved in these infringing works have been served through formal legal channels rather than publicly exposed online.
I will not allow my identity, safety, or intellectual property to be weaponized for revenue. Taking them to court. That is what solves a problem. Legal. The matter is now firmly in legal hands. Any further updates on this will be issued via my official accounts cited here: https://www.lilleejean.com, as bad actors have impersonated me in recent months, to run narratives that are false. Exact documentation and formal legal execution are what solve systemic issues. Not online debate. When third parties attempt to monetize non-consensual image exploitation and sealed records, accountability belongs in court and with federal regulators. The boundary is set, and the record will be set straight.
