This is to directly uphold the truth, protect artistic integrity, and reaffirm all non-negotiable standards of my craft. In the industry, human dignity and real artistic equity are paramount amongst all entertainers. My policy across Lillee Jean Productions is absolute. I do not release or commercialize any work, whether motion pictures, audio/visual, film slates, behind-the-scenes footage, or even a behind-the-scenes studio portrait taken on my phone, without official federal copyright registration and EU compliance. I know my worth, and I know my equity. Every asset in my archive is a human-authored work protected under United States copyright law, and respected by the Berne Convention.

While I am deeply saddened to even address such trivialities when real atrocities are occurring right now in our world, let it be made entirely clear: third-party conspiracy claims alleging, though the truth is flatly asserting, that my authentic studio photography, film slates, and behind-the-scenes set footage are "AI-generated" or "synthetic" simply because I look different are a complete delusional absurdity.

I am a 25-year-old woman. I grew up. To see self-proclaimed "analysts" attempt to dissect my face, my age, or my body, speculating on everything from synthetic renders to plastic surgery, is bizarre. My body is my own. My artistic choices are my own. My body my choice. From the “Lillee Jean is missing” hoax over the Summer to this, it’s really blatant. These bad-faith narratives and fabricated AI claims are a transparent deflection tactic, used as a calculated hoaxing mechanism designed to cover up actual nonconsensual synthetic media, and, draw attention away from active law enforcement investigations.

So, let’s all refocus the hoax! These delusional claims are designed solely to distract from active law enforcement investigations into these very bad-faith actors who published unauthorized, nonconsensual synthetic media and digital forgeries. Automated AI photo detection tools, which are in their infancy, cannot override physical reality, camera IPTC, or federal public records. A record is a record. Just like foundational 2024 filings for deepfakes, where the NYPD submitted criminal subpoenas, and expanded in September 2026 across several platforms to protect my rights.

These active measures enforce critical statutory protections, including the DEFIANCE Act, the TAKE IT DOWN Act, 17 U.S.C. § 1202, and New York Civil Rights Law § 50.48. Using false fabrications to undermine real human equity is inherently deceptive and a bad display of humankind.

We all can do better by not spreading such malicious theories, but by dispelling them.

True strength lies in standing firm, honoring the law, and maintaining quiet, uncompromising grace. My focus remains on my craft, my audience, and supporting the dedicated law enforcement officers in blue who protect safety and victim rights every single day.

To verify authentic imagery of mine, I always have a QUEEN LILLEE baked onto a photo transparent, QUEEN LILLEE on the left or right side, IPTC metadata, and the registration number visible, or in the metadata of the photo. This can all be seen forensically by going to the copyright office, or my official site, as there are so many fraudulent works being put out, from audio to video to photos of me.
