NEW YORK, NY — October 16, 2026 — Lillee Jean Productions issues a formal statement addressing an unauthorized video containing defamatory narratives, illicit asset scraping, and weaponized clickbait designed to exploit search engines for product sales, and fool consumers. This didn’t come out of nowhere. It is coordinated with every other “random” deceptive upload of this month.
“I am a professionally trained actor, film director, screenwriter, and producer. I am not a social media personality. A formal Cease and Desist (C&D) notice has been issued to provide a fair, direct opportunity to cure these violations. This legal notice explicitly details the federally registered studio copyrights being unlawfully monetized for product sales, as well as the unauthorized AI-manipulated portraiture utilized in the stolen work. Beyond this formal notice, zero communication has been or will be had, other than legal communication to cure violations.
The obvious line between bad-faith operators and illicit scraping networks is unmistakable: the exact cover photo weaponized in this upload is the same 2021 (VA0002499352) registered portrait mass-distributed across seedy adult sites earlier this April. I mean, could one be any more transparent? The public must cut through this deception by the power of knowledge. Splicing archived imagery of me at age 20 alongside recent material from ages 24 and 25 to deceive viewers and fabricate stagnation is repulsive. It’s further repulsive that, at several timestamps, such as 0:51 (VA0002472039), a blotch of blood red is splattered across my face. Especially since I have the NYPD investigating real crimes against my person, with active law enforcement subpoenas, I take this seriously. It is deeply disgraceful to observe bad-faith actors scraping registered portraiture and recycling debunked hoaxes from 2019 solely to generate commercial revenue. Think about that. It’s 2026, and 2019 is being recycled like it's new to profit. My face. My body, my choice, I say! The Right to Publicity is in my hands. The use of inflammatory imagery does not reflect the spirit or culture of the people of India, whom I hold in high esteem. Numbers do not define a performer's skill. NEW YORK, NY — October 17, 2026 — Lillee Jean Productions issues an official public notice regarding active criminal identity misuse, unlawful asset monetization, and organized commercial deception.
“Right out of the start, let it be clear: a true audit is done forensically, in a court of law, with the actual platform metrics. This is not done by manufactured public opinion, nor .IO unverified tools. I have been working professionally in the industry since 2015, beginning early with commercial work. Thus, follower counts, comment metrics, and engagement false bubbles do not define a performing artist. The craft does, and so does training experience. I care how my work impacts a person. A "like", in terms of "metric," has no impact. A return where a fan enjoyed my piece and comments on what they thought? That has impact. A like where the person watches my work on my site? That has impact. Otherwise, humans are not numbers.
It's bizarre to issue some of these releases, as it seems to be one a week, truthfully, but a vast amount of misinformation is reaching people in peculiar ways. First, I've been impersonated again with false profiles online. Let it be known, I do not 'influence' products or participate in social media marketing schemes! That isn't my profession. Since impersonation profiles continue to surface, let me be unequivocal: I do not participate in User-Generated Content (UGC) or brand promotions. My days are spent in the studio and on set. That includes writing, directing, and building real motion pictures. My private life, is my private life; when I choose to share it is because there is true impact. Otherwise, I thank my fans for this ability. I am a film director, screenwriter, producer, and trained actress whose entire professional existence belongs to independent cinema. I approach my work like any dedicated professional in the motion picture industry. Independent cinema is a true labor of love, and it can take several years to bring a project from script to screen. I am here for the journey, writing true, imaginative work alongside the long-term fans and supporters who genuinely care about the art.
While these third-party operators waste money and ecological resources proxy-swapping, scraping sealed judicial records, manufacturing synthetic malicious explicit deepfakes, and circulating absurd theories about my independent operations, my focus remains strictly on making real films.
I am an adult (since some of these profiles state I'm younger than 25), I am thriving, and I am actively filming on my own terms. Between the false-proxy rumors that someone is 'writing for me,' a missing-person narrative, the "all photos are AI" hoax, and an entire life hoax concocted over the summer, this manufactured spectacle has become bizarre, like a scene straight out of the classical Sleeping Beauty with demons dancing wildly around a fire as mindless minions. Frankly, it is the setup for a satirical screenplay.
These bad-faith networks are bad-faith operators engaging in deliberate, unlawful conduct. They maliciously attach commercial labels to professional artists solely to exploit federally registered copyright portraiture and motion picture assets for their own illicit, forced product affiliate sales. Literally, this week four products were placed near my face to "buy now", while falsely disparaging me meticulously. Can you believe that?
Members of the public, press, and entertainment industry are formally advised that any profile, solicitation, or commercial listing claiming I endorse consumer goods or solicit brand partnerships is unequivocally fraudulent.
