As a director and trained actress, my devotion to the craft, the studio, and my family has always been guided by principles of integrity and law. I keep my private life, private. Today, I break my silence once again (notice the predictable pattern of these coordinated attacks), to restore factual and historical truth against a persistent, documented campaign of aggravated harassment, federal copyright infringement for profit, and commercial sabotage that began over six years ago with this particular individual on this time-stamped date. Their PII shall be omitted throughout this entire press release; however, it’s quite clear on this date, due to another bad-faith upload, that the fact must be separated from pure fiction. For years, bad-faith actors, specifically an individual operating under aliases I am omitting for their privacy, have attempted to invert reality by masquerading as victims of the very harassment they engineered, and I have the NYPD involved with. Over an hour ago, I was made aware of yet another defamatory piece causing the grouping of people in a hateful way. While I normally dismiss such noise, there is a line between people talking, theft, and opinion; the documented volume of coordination (tracked across my official press releases) is obvious and unacceptable. It’s clear this is the beginning of another campaign. The objective legal record tells a radically different story than a false narrative. To accredited press outlets and media partners, I will be transparently providing, upon request, the redacted, verifiable evidence, including certified NYPD documentation, timestamped forensic video logs, my formal Cease and Desist notice, and the outrageous extortion-like settlement demand. I will not be tormented.

Firstly, the true record reveals a systematic pattern of severe cruel escalation. Over a single 12-month period alone, all forensic logging documented more than 78 cumulative minutes of dedicated work targeting my name, studio, and family across multiple uploads from this sole individual. On video, this individual explicitly admitted to contacting my commercial brand partners to interfere with my business relationships, while openly stating on camera that my name and visual content were being utilized to generate personal ad revenue and fund personal expenses. It is not “commentary.” It was en masse theft, targeted emotional harm, the fabrication of speech for profit, and a calculated attempt to destroy my career by someone I do not know. The emotional impact was severe on me. This was an active, coordinated effort to deplatform a then-19-year-old entertainer, destroy business relationships, and profit off the resulting shock value. When an entertainer protects her intellectual property and enforces legitimate federal copyright protections against unauthorized re-uploads or altered likenesses, the law is CLEAR.

What I have never publicly revealed until today, in order to spare this individual public embarrassment, is that in response to my lawful IP protections, this party engaged counsel who issued a settlement demand threatening an excess of $100,000 plus “punitive damages.” They leveraged heavy-handed legal threats while simultaneously, their client, the same day, exploited my likeness, name, and visual works for monetized engagement and ad revenue. This is key. The very same day I received such an extortion demand, the client produced more videos with more lies to “monetize” a “lawsuit”, which resulted in real-world harm. The irony. To be extorted into “paying” an abuser, and paying someone for thieving work. They attempted to intimidate me into silence. I chose to reject such extortion, refuse commercial sabotage, and expose these bad-faith networks that weaponize false victimhood. They alter voices, manipulate search engine optimization (SERP), and publish inverted narratives to deceive the public. To halt this unprovoked harm, seeking no monetary gain, but simply an end to the 24/7 harassment campaigns, my team retained legal counsel to issue a formal Cease and Desist in November, 2020. Let it be known: Today’s debacle and fabricated narrative is not advocacy! It does a major disservice to true victims who need genuine support for genuine crime. Today’s “video” is a calculated, commercialized enterprise designed to profit off targeted defamation.

I will not allow my name, my 14-year visual archive, nor my family’s peace to be held hostage by individuals who profit from such destruction. For years, I quietly absorbed the financial harm and carried the burden of this harassment, choosing restraint and grace even as this individual persisted cruelly in the shadows. That restraint was mercy. To the public and my global fans, please do not be deceived by inverted narratives. When someone produces monetized work around another person's name for six consecutive years, it is not defense; it is a clear obsession, and pure commercialized harassment. The forensic metadata, certified police reports, Cease and Desist records, and documented extortion demands speak for themselves. Truth is absolute, and the truth in this case hurts for the individuals responsible. 2026 will not be 2020. I stand as the champion of my own narrative, taking back my space with absolute resolve.

I end this statement with a fact. Bad-faith actors attempt to shield digital theft behind the misapplication of "fair use.” The fair record reveals a documented cycle of commercial extortion and illegal retaliation:

Digital Theft: Proprietary, copyrighted studio media is unlawfully taken and republished for profit.
Public Extortion Ultimatum: Upon receiving a legitimate federal copyright strike, this individual posted a public threat on social media (July 26, 2021): "If Lillee Jean doesn't lift the strike, I will make another video about this.” The person continued to tweet in excess torturous statements that had real-world harm. I never tweeted back but to provide the public with fact, and ask her to stop.
Monetized Retaliation: When I lawfully maintained my copyright protections, this individual published additional monetized videos to profit off the controversy she manufactured.
Synchronized Legal Intimidation: On the exact same day her attorney, retained through crowdsourced funds from bad-faith actors, issued a pre-litigation settlement demand threatening in excess of $100,000 plus punitive damages, she uploaded even more defamatory videos to monetize the situation. To be paid...to use my works?

Fair use is a specific statutory defense under federal copyright law (17 U.S.C. § 107), however, it is not a blank check to pirate visual assets, nor is it a shield to threaten, intimidate, and harass an entertainer into surrendering her intellectual property. Using media as a weapon to force the withdrawal of a lawful DMCA notice is not fair use. It is documented commercial sabotage and extortion.
