Ms. Trueman is quite mindful and grateful for the continued loyalty shown by her fans; however, it is with a heavy heart that she must address the persistent and malicious criminal incursions directed against her family. It has become necessary to move beyond quiet endurance, as Ms. Trueman is steadfast in keeping her professional career as a trained actress and director separated from her private life.
Accordingly, formal representations have been submitted to the Federal Trade Commission regarding the systemic failure of platforms to safeguard PII, including private records and the sanctity of personal signatures. Furthermore, a comprehensive dossier concerning identity theft and coordinated criminal harassment has been lodged with the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
Her family further confirms that they are working in close, ongoing coordination with the New York City Police Department (NYPD) regarding the recent proliferation of non-consensual, AI-generated synthetic imagery. This includes accounts claiming to be Ms. Trueman using the explicit deepfakes, as well as a surge in explicit sites linked to the ongoing criminal surge in explicit search strings, prominent for SEO poisoning. These latest criminal violations have been formally linked to a pattern of criminal harassment documented in August 2024, involving the unauthorized distribution of fabricated explicit material of Ms. Trueman.
While certain parties continue to circulate these deceptive visuals and disseminate private family data, Ms. Trueman remains resolute. These matters of federal and state criminality are now in the hands of the appropriate high authorities to ensure that those who incite harm are held to the full account of the law.
