What changes do you think will be the most difficult for employers to accept? What changes do you think will be the most difficult for employees to accept?

Employers may find “Mental Health Days” difficult to accept. That is what I mean when I talk about thinking outside the box. The importance of mental health cannot be overemphasized, and people who are not feeling well, or who have an issue sidetracking them, will not perform as well as they would if their jobs and coworkers supported them. Recognizing that everyone has a need and that everyone is a person is very important. We are not robots; we have feelings, wants and needs. Change must be accepted and embraced. If anyone doesn’t want to be a part of this epic time, well, that’s just narrow-minded thinking, and the time will pass them by, both employer and employee, if they don’t become a part of the effort instead of walking away from it.
