What advice would you suggest to your colleagues in your industry to thrive and avoid burnout?

Stay focused on your goals, and don’t lose sight of where you are going and who you want to be. Negative people can dampen your spirits, allowing you to burn out and lose interest in what you are doing. I think it is wise to disconnect yourself from someone who is beyond reason and who is causing you disappointment and dissatisfaction.

What advice would you give to other leaders about how to create a fantastic work culture?

Employers should be progressive in their approach to you. The world we live in now is digital, and it is a progressive world where more is expected. People of all ages know they want to achieve more, and they know they are capable of moving forward to obtain the things they want and are interested in. A good work environment enhances the strengths that people bring to the table and allows them to grow.
